What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right!
Are any purchases final sale?
Under French and EU law, you have 14 days to return your order if you are not satisfied with it. You can send it back by simple untracked mail, as the return shipping fees will not be refunded. Once we confirm reception of your return, we will fully refund your order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but usually for United States, your roder should arrive in 10-15 days. For EU countries, shipping time varies between 5-7 days.
Do you create every item sold in your store yourself?
Yes! I design, print, cut, packge and ship all my creations in a little co-working space in Paris, France! ^^
How much does shipping cost?
We ship internationally! Shipping to the US or ther EU countries will cost you a flat rate of USD 7. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. And don't forget, shipping is FREE for all orders above USD 50!
